The results are in! Thanks to those that took part in the recent World Cup Flag Hunt Challenge along the High Street, it was exciting to receive your completed entries and we hope you enjoyed finding the flags and exploring Wickford High Street. The four winners were drawn on Tuesday 21st July by Peacocks staff. Anglia in Bloom judges visited Wickford on Tuesday 7th July as part of their annual awards program. Wickford high street has been transformed over the last few years with beautiful planters and hanging baskets all thanks to Wickford in Bloom. Local volunteers work hard throughout the year to provide these great displays. The group are supported by Wickford Town Council, Basildon Borough Council and Wickford Together as well as many local businesses and residents sponsoring

Wickford BID is delighted to announce the launch of its new public-facing identity, Wickford Together. The new name reflects the BID's commitment to bringing together businesses, shoppers, visitors, leisure users and the wider community to create a stronger, more vibrant and more connected Wickford. While the organisation remains Wickford BID, the introduction of Wickford Together marks an exciting new chapter and a renewed focus on championing the town, supporting local busi
