The Board of Directors is made up of committed local business owners and representatives who bring valuable local
knowledge, experience and passion for the town. Together, the Board plays a key role in shaping the vision of the BID,
guiding priorities and ensuring the needs of local businesses remain at the heart of every decision.

The Directors oversee the delivery of the Business Plan, monitor progress and ensure that projects, services
and initiatives are delivered effectively, transparently and in line with BID governance.
Their collective expertise helps drive positive change and long-term success for the town centre.
